Terms of use
Last updated September 2026
These terms govern the use of the House Edge website, client area and messenger bots. By creating an account you confirm that you act on behalf of a business and accept these terms.
Who can use the service
- Businesses only: gambling operators holding a valid licence for the markets they target, and B2B suppliers to the industry.
- You must provide accurate business and contact details and keep them up to date.
- We may decline or close accounts that don't meet these conditions.
Offers, quotes and contracts
- Prices are not published. An offer you send is an invitation for us to quote — it doesn't oblige either party.
- A quote becomes binding once you accept it in the client area or a connected bot, subject to any service agreement we sign with you.
- Quotes are valid until the date shown on them. Invoices are payable by the due date using the instructions on the invoice.
Responsible marketing
We only run campaigns that comply with the advertising rules of the jurisdictions involved. We don't target minors or self-excluded players, and we may refuse work that we believe breaches applicable law or platform policies.
Your account
Access is secured with one-time codes sent to your email. Keep your inbox and connected messengers secure — actions taken from them are treated as yours. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Liability
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control; we don't guarantee specific results unless agreed in writing. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned, to the extent permitted by law.
