This policy explains how House Edge (“we”) handles the information of the businesses and people who use this website and our Telegram and Signal bots. We are a B2B agency: we only collect what we need to prepare and deliver marketing services to our clients.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: business name, website, country, contact name, email address, Telegram handle and/or Signal contact.
• Your offers: selected services, target markets, budget, timeline, briefs and the messages you exchange with us.
• Quotes and invoices issued to you, and their payment status.
• Technical data needed to run the service securely: session cookies, IP address and user agent (for security and rate limiting).

How we use it

• To verify your email, run your account and respond to your offers.
• To send the notifications you choose (email, Telegram, Signal) about your offers, quotes and invoices.
• To issue invoices and keep the accounting records we are legally required to keep.
• To protect the service against abuse.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we never disclose who our clients are. We don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Retention

Account and offer data is kept while your account is active. Invoices are kept for as long as accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we'll erase everything we're not legally obliged to keep.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing, by writing to hello@houseedge.marketing. You can also update your details and notification preferences yourself in the client area.

Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies (your login session). Your offer selection and sound preference are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device until you send an offer.
